In The Red Corner is constructed from cardboard, wood, silky fabric and tape. It forms the basis for several other pieces made in quick succession (Mummy and Elephant In The Room). The use of yellow and black hazardous boundary tape was intended to be seen but as construction continued it became almost hidden. A pig’s head is constructed on top of one digit and another is over-extended and resigned at the rear. The other three appendages are on the move and ready for action – ready for the next turn of the wheel.
