Mushrooms

After a period of 21 days incubation the white bags full of active mycelium are moved into the fruiting space for humidity, light and some fresh air. Approximately 5 days later the mycelium starts to fruit the mushrooms. The Oyster mushrooms are vigorous and hardy and a generous crop is harvested from each bag of mycelium. The texture of the mycelium is firm, flexible and it is rubbery to the touch.
